A descriptive analysis of de-identified, aggregated wearable and self-reported time-series (deep-sleep fraction, heart-rate variability, and a composite ocular-fatigue index). Presented as an anonymized observational data loop for methods reference. The dataset is observational and uncontrolled; no causal relationship to any catalogued material is established or implied.
